While investigating colour and texture in paint, my main concern is to find the most satisfying relationship between line and surface.  The painting becomes a new description of 'place', a history of the journey taken to reach this place - a new reality with it's own experience, it's own physical presence.  They are composite images of thoughts, memories and associations

The audience is invited to explore.
